Symphyotrichum nahanniense

The Nahanni Aster is currently known from only four locations in Nahanni National Park Reserve in the southwestern corner of Northwest Territories in Canada. It is similar to Symphyotrichum boreale. It is found only on tufa deposits at hot springs. The assistance of Parks Canada during field work in NT is gratefully acknowledged.
